Dr. June Leslie Wieder

The Human Symphony is a companion book to the previously published Song of the Spine. Dr. June Leslie Wieder has long been a student of the connections between sound, vibration, and resonance, and how they relate to healing and health. Her own research on the harmonic resonances of the body led to development of the Harmonic Resonator, an electronic tuning fork designed to provide specific vibrations to parts of the body in need of treatment. A pianist trained in classical music, she is studying the violin and cello. She earned a BSc in Psychology from Brooklyn College, and has worked in the mental health field.

She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage, and was personally trained in the Trager® Approach by Dr. Milton Trager. Dr. Wieder was granted a Doctor of Chiropractic degree by Life Chiropractic College West, and has a private practice in
Southern California. She has been practicing massage and Trager since 1986, and chiropractic since 1995. She maintains the websites songofthespine.com and drwieder.com
